while ago I had come across the concept Tilt-Shift, photographic technique that uses a special lens (Tilt), where the result of photography is like a model or miniature objects. The result is almost unreal, it makes everything have a minimum dimension.

Trying to find a tutorial to simulate the effect GIMP, I came across this site: http://tiltshiftmaker.com/ , which for the uninitiated like me, create amazing effects to any photograph.
